Refund Policy

OptimaBiz is committed to delivering exceptional startup consulting services. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work.

Consultation Services

For our consulting services including idea development, MVP planning, business model creation, pitch deck development, and customer acquisition strategies:

• • Initial consultation fees are non-refundable
• • Project-based services: 50% refund available within 7 days if no deliverables have been provided
• • After deliverables are provided, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our consulting services, we'll work with you to make it right through revisions or additional consultations at no extra charge.

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible timeframe. Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:
